POLICIES

• Please book your pet care service as early as possible to avoid last minute stress which your pet will undoubtedly feel. 
• Cancellations within 48 hours notice will be subject to a 25% charge of the total bill.  If any changes need to be made to a contract, contact Premiere Pet Care immediately. 
• Payment is made by cash or check, payable to Premiere Pet Care.  Payment is due upon first visit.  Bounced checks will be subject to a $40 fee.
• Premiere Pet Care reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• For every new client that you refer who makes a booking, your next pet care visit will be FREE (excluding IP Touch Animal Massage).
• An additional $5 fee will be charged on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter
